FAQs
We thought we would answer
some frequently asked questions?
As our schedule changes week by week, at the end of a shoot we will always give an indication of how long it will be before you recieve your final images.
As a general rule we would say within 14 days of the shoot but often we have the final photographs with our clients far sooner than this!
First of all, that's totally normal. I'm sure 95% of our clients are nervous. The good news is that a few minutes into a shoot, 100% of our clients warm up, relax and we are able to have a great few hours capturing beautiful, natural images!
First and foremost, wear something that you feel comfortable in. If you're comfortable in your clothes, that's half the battle with getting you to relax in front of the camera! We would also recommend block colours being the best option, with a common theme running through everyone in attendence, however this isn't set in stone. There's also no harm in having a look on Instagram/Google for some inspiration before the shoot!
The number of photographs we guarantee is listed under the packages on the shoot pages (click Shoots in the main menu to find these pages) and this number indicates an absolute minimum.
Saying that, we normally fall in love with so many of the photographs and our clients often recieve lots more than we initially indicate. I believe we are yet to send the minimum stated number of photographs!
Of course! We will share a gallery/USB drive of final images which you are free to share with whomever you like. Family and friends are also welcome to contact us for prints/albums, but we will always seek your approval first to ensure they are who they say they are.
Also, we love seeing clients and their friends and families enjoying the photographs on social media, so be sure to tag us on Facebook/Instagram so we can say hi!
Yes, but also no!
The final images we share will be big enough for large prints. If you're not ordering your prints through us, please ensure you are using a high quality printing service for the absolute best results.
If you want prints, let us know and we can discuss your options. We work with some really great companies and can ensure you recieve the highest quality prints.
There are two reasons we don't provide RAW images to clients.
1) The RAWs are straight from the camera and completely untouched. At this stage they absolutely do not represent our photography just yet. Similarly to a painting, consider RAWs as the canvas being prepped, but the painting isn't finished.
2) RAW images need to be converted before you can view them. This is a long process that requires specialist software which is included in the price you're paying for the package.
Consider your work done once the shoot is wrapped!
If you were unhappy with any aspect of the final result, please let us know and we can work with you to ensure you are happy!
